The Vikas Teacher's Training College, Sikar was established in the year 2015 by the Naveen Vikas Shiksha Samitti, Sikar . It came into existence from the academic session 2015-16. This self financial institution is the brain-child of his follower & the founder secretory of the college. It is recognised by the National Council of Teacher Education (NCTE), New Delhi a statutory body established by Government of India and affiliated to the Govt of Rajasthan have also extended their permission in support of this institution.
The College is located at Sikar and easily accessible by bus from Bus Stand and Railway Station.
